Greetings, friends!
Those of you who have subscribed to my website ReyCD PHOTOS and have been interacting with my posts, will see other new things aside from the posts I have made.

March and April went by really quickly, and my work at school has made it challenging to complete the newsletter in time, but here we are again.

There are some news to share with you all from the last few months and the future.

Unfortunately, the Women’s History Month Package did not get the attention I was expecting, but that can’t be a reason to get discouraged. There will be other opportunities to land gigs, and I will definitely keep on trying.

• With the baseball season underway for the Hartford Yard Goats, I have had the privilege to attend a couple of games so far. My plan is to attend more as the season progresses and my work at the school gets lighter with the senior class graduation. It has made me happy that the Yard Goats now have two Cubans in their roster. Since I came to Connecticut, they have had at least one player from my country on their team, another reason for me to feel more attached to them.

• Speaking of baseball, I got approved for credentials to photograph the three games Banana Ball plans to play in July at Dunkin’ Park. The games will feature the Party Animals vs. the Indianapolis Clowns (a name rescued from the legendary Negro League team). The Clowns have a special meaning because fellow Cuban Pedro Sierra played for them, and they will also be bringing former Little League World Series legend Mo’ne Davis.

• Summer will also bring the opportunity for me to cover the ConnectiCon, which I attended last year. I already received approval to cover that event.

• Service Price and Packages: My packages of services and prices is almost finished, and of course, you will all be the first to receive the detailed booklet. The packages will not be released fully to non-subscribed audiences, but each potential client will get the one that adjusts to their interests and needs. They will include particularly portraits, headshots, events, branding and prints (either of my pictures, DOCU Magazine or the Unfiltered Cuba book).

February posts
